With over 20 years’ experience working in the fitness industry, Malik has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals.
The range of his experience includes training office workers in strength and conditioning and developing rehabilitation exercises for special populations in international commercial gyms. He also coaches recreational athletes in their own homes. He holds qualifications such as Rehab Trainer, Functional Trainer, Advanced Personal Trainer, PTA Global, and Singapore Sports Council among many others.
The journey to fitness for Malik began 25 years ago when he fell from a height of 8 meters and broke his back. It was during this process of rebuilding his body that he decided to help others do the same. Having worked with physique transformations, functional training, marathon running and designing numerous training programs, he has the knowledge, tools and support you need to achieve your goals. Using tried-and-true methodologies, he knows you can make the changes you never imagined once you start training with him.

Malik has been a breathe of fresh air when working with a trainer. Most can be aggressive and a bit over the top (and way too talkative). Malik has a very gentle and respectful approach. He both challenges and supports which makes the experience very pleasant. I workout at Fitness First Paragon, I have also trained with other fitness trainers in the club but the effect has not been effective. Why would I choose Malik as my personal fitness trainer? Of course it is because of his carefulness and his experience. At the time I had problems with knee pain. Worked out with him for over two years and now not only can I run, I have no problem going up and down stairs. Now the muscle strength is also stronger, the body's sense of balance and joint flexibility have been greatly improved.
