About Sukalyani

Education and Qualifications:
Sukalyani holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University, Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Health and Counselling from Macquarie University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Art in Political Science & Psychology. She has also earned a Certificate in Artistic Therapy from Sophia College, Australia. Sukalyani is a registered member of the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC), Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (APACS) Singapore.
Multicultural Expertise:
With 8 years of counseling experience and a background in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Attachment-focused Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR), Sukalyani has practiced in Australia, Singapore, and India. Her multi-country and multicultural exposure provide her with a deep understanding of human behavior in diverse environments.
