This activity is especially suited for mixed-ability groups looking for a refreshing and inclusive wellness experience.

Tai Chi

This ancient Chinese practice promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and balance through a series of slow, flowing movements. Tai Chi is excellent for reducing stress, enhancing concentration, and improving posture โ€” making it an ideal option for morning sessions or midday resets during long meetings or conferences.

Chair Stretches & Resistance Band Workouts

Designed for convenience, these short, low-intensity routines can be performed in business attire, right at the meeting table. Using simple stretches, participants improve circulation, reduce muscular tension, and re-energise without leaving the room โ€” ideal for breaking up sedentary periods during long sessions.

Resistance band exercises offer an accessible way to learn the fundamental movements of strength training. This session will provide useful information so participants feel confident continuing the exercises on their own afterward.
Please note that resistance bands are not provided and will need to be procured individually.

Wellness Yoga conference

Yoga Sessions

Led by certified instructors, our yoga sessions promote mental clarity, flexibility, and relaxation. Classes can be tailored to suit all levels, focusing on breathwork, mindful movement, and posture correction. A popular option for morning kick-offs or closing the day on a restorative note.

Please note that yoga mats are not provided and will need to be procured individually.

Guided Jogs & Walks

Leverage your eventโ€™s location with scenic, wellness-driven outdoor activities. We organise guided walks and light jogs โ€” such as a 5 km round trip through the Singapore Botanic Gardens โ€” offering participants a refreshing way to connect, move, and unwind in nature. Depending on the group size, we can deploy 2โ€“4 professional coaches to ensure a safe, inclusive experience for all.
